Chris Coote
Chris Coote
Chris started playing the piano at the age of 4, and performing from the age of 11. He attended piano master classes at Morley College under Martino Tirimo and Gwenneth Pryor for many years, and has taken lessons with Jean Anderson and Fiona Cameron, both retired professors from the Royal Academy of Music.
Never having taken a piano exam previously, he proved to his three musical children that he could play by gaining an LTCL in 2005.
He performs as a soloist and accompanist at local concerts and is a regular accompanist at Chichester Baptist Church.
Philip and Chris recently participated in a Master class with Roger Vignoles, where they performed two items from Schubert's Die Schoene Mullerin. Their usual repertoire is considerably lighter.
