“Each year our organisation holds a social evening and Entertaining People came highly recommended.  I was not totally clear on what to expect and I was concerned that selling tickets might be difficult.  I couldn’t have been more wrong.  We sold out in record time and even had to turn some members away.  I think it was the promise of ‘something different’ that created the excitement.

“A Quiz Cabaret is, first and foremost, a fun evening.  It is not a traditional quiz evening and that’s one reason why I liked it so much.  It is a cleverly balanced mix of music, questions, laughter, lots of audience participation, even some magic.  The choice of music and questions was spot on, as was the timing.  The whole evening was very professionally done, even down to the marking and scoring.

“Two moments stand out in my mind, the musical bingo and the hidden musical.  I would never have thought it possible to identify a musical from one chord, but our table was one of 3 that achieved this feat.  Other tables needed more clues and most found the right answer by clue 3.

“Throughout this excellent evening the hall resounded with laughter and everybody enjoyed themselves.  What’s clever about Entertaining People is that they quickly create a warm atmosphere and then maintain it for the whole evening.

“In summary I can truly say that this was a fantastic evening, with plenty of fun and laughter, as well as listening to music sung and played to a high standard.  I had high expectations, and these were exceeded.  If you are looking for ‘something different’, you can do no better than Entertaining People.”
